I met Alexander Valerievich Tregubov as a result of my having met a 19 year old Russian girl from Angren, Uzbekistan named Evgeniya Kosheleva.

Evgeniya and I had been sleeping together roughly once a week in the fall of 2010 while she worked as a prostitute near the Sennaya metro station in the heart of Saint Petersburg.

In August of 2011 while Svetlana my then wife and our son Nicholas, then ten years old, were on vacation in Crimea I sent Evgeniya Kosheleva an email to see if she were back in town and would she like to see me again under the same terms as the year before.

In response to my email I received a phone call from an over excited man whom I would in short order learn was named Alexander Valerievich Tregubov.  He represented himself as both pimp and boyfriend of Ms.  Kosheleva.  This was a lie, a misdirect, and I was too stupid to see through it, that would take me over a year. December 2014, Alexander tells me Svetlana my wife has a plan to get my US assets?  According to her, he was the man who made the death threat against me in October 2013, casuing me to depart Russia.  Only by May 2013, had a connceted those dots, amd the addmissions of two related parties,  Vladimir Soloviev, half brother to Evgeniya Kosheleva and former prostitute Albina Taptiga (we lived together for a time in fall of 2013 after my divorce, myself, Albina Taptiga, Genya Kritova, amd Genya Kosheleva) admitted to me via Skype while I resided in Pembroke, MA that they had witnesses Tregubov, my then wife, Sveta, with arms embracing Alexander showing affection, Vladimir Soloviev, Albina Taptiga, Genya Koseleva, and Galina Sokolova.  And these folks leading me to divorce as part of a much, much darker plot.  So dark as to be unbelievable.  But this, my friends, is how the CIA and her sister agencies.

Alexander Tregubov poisoned me in August 2011 as I foolishly accepted a beer he offered me.  I lost 35 pounds in a month as a result.

In October 2013 he, Alexander, along with my by then ex-wife Svetlana Macy conned me into believing I was under a death threat which as one might imagine 'persuaded' me to retreat from Russia back to the United States.  Other Russians were involved directly in this fraud: Egish Khachatrian, Irina Klimova, Evgeniya Kosheleva.

Photos included in this post show Alexander's phone number from an apartment rental contract of 2012 and a loving message from him to Svetlana on March 6, 2017.

Today on my wife's old phone +7 911 097 1193 I got to read a message he sent her which she neglected to delete.  The betrayal and pain brand new.  I had hoped in our three yeafs apart she would have put him behind us.  I was wrong.

CIA Agents, current and Former  Abound in Russia Matt Igel Matt Igel, ex Army Ranger, West Point graduate.  We met in spring 1998 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.  I've often reflected why we had what I considered a friendship.  The reason simple.  He had reached out to me and was nice.  Only may years later did I learn this was a CIA tactic, a ploy most dishonest.  This alone qualifies Matt Igel, presently residing in California, a former Kelly Services executive in Russia and Switzerland.
