Doug Boyce ex CIA, current NCIS plotted to Kill Obama in 2014

Lives at 313 Sage Road in the upscale Sandbridge district of Virginia Beach with his formerly Russian wife Elena Global.   Elena is as much of a criminal as is Doug and to promote his career she gave up her Russian passport, her Russian nationality.

I met Doug in Russia in 1999.  I didn't know he was CIA.  I didn't know I was a targeted individual.  I didn't know that his two buddies from his time in the military Dan Mead and Paul Leonard were also employed by CIA and that they had all been sent at the same time to Saint Petersburg, Russia to use advanced psy ops techniques, gangstalking  active measures, NLP and more in a complex effort to mold me into a man when dead would be blamed for the assassination of America's first Black president Barack Obama and the installation of Joe Biden a career New Jersey politician as president.  The nation would be thunderstruck as would the world.  Obama and I dead with me taking blame and perhaps becoming something of a White Nationalist hero in death.

Guys like Doug Boyce over at the NCIS with vacation homes in Japan and Italy didn't care, they were simply in it for the quick buck.

I'm not a guy like Doug Boyce.  And while I enjoy earning a buck I have yet to conspire in a failed presidential assassination attempt led by CIA including current CIA assets in Russia, Christian Courbois, Steve Caron, Tom Stansmore, Steve Wayne (that bastard married a Rockefeller, which gives a sense of which way the corruption goes), James Beatty, Aaron Bogott, and former CIA assets in Russia including Steve Gardner, Jeff Jones, Dave Eggers, Jeff Jung, Doug Puller,  Tanya Dick, Karan Young, and others.

Other foreign nationals were also complicit in this failed assassination attempt and are likely in the employ of their various national security agencies.

Russians abounded as well.  Alexander Tregubov. Egish Khachatrian. Svetlana Macy, Evgeny Kosheleva, Albina Putilina, Evgenyia Kritova, Galina Sokoleva, Elena Saveleeva, Evgenyi Kosheleva,  Vladimir Sale Velez amongst others.

US State Department employees played their roles.  Paul Smith former consulate general of a Saint Petersburg, Greg Bernstein, the US Diplomat in Residence of the Rocky Mountain region Stewart Devine, undercover FBI agent of Denver Coy Ebell and undercover FBI informants like Samantha Corente of Denver, Holly DuPont-Oliver of Jacksonville FL, Shari Faller of 3205 Sandfiddler Road, Virginia Beach and the drug dealing Jon Pouliot Jr of Massachusetts who for a time resided with Shari Faller though he this hides from his LinkedIn profile.

Corruption abounds.

9/11 being a huge part of it.  Like people like Shari Faller, Samantha Corente believe they are among the good guys not realizing how the corruption at the top ruins American society, puts Blacks in jail in inordinate numbers and as Ole Dammegard points out keeps the top 400 rich families just that, rich.

CIA Agents, current and Former  Abound in Russia Matt Igel Matt Igel, ex Army Ranger, West Point graduate.  We met in spring 1998 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.  I've often reflected why we had what I considered a friendship.  The reason simple.  He had reached out to me and was nice.  Only may years later did I learn this was a CIA tactic, a ploy most dishonest.  This alone qualifies Matt Igel, presently residing in California, a former Kelly Services executive in Russia and Switzerland. Questions on a Conspiracy
