A conversation with my lawyer Mark Hannan

Back to the ADA and her perception of me and bias against me due to the police report from a year earlier while I was at the Royal Inn on 96.
Three policeman show up at my door saying that I am a suicide risk and that they were called by my tenants, either Alice Calabrese CEO of Lollipop farms or her 'partner' a former manager from the Iron Butterfly Dylan Chase. Supposedly Dylan has a felony charge for impersonating a police officer in Livingston county according to neighbors and Nick Glamack, my former realtor.
Later I would learn that the call came from my retired police dispatcher sister Susan Macy who is twice bankrupt (owing me $15,000 of her debt at that time) claims to have a close association with my fraudster former prostitute Russian exwife Svetlana. So here we have the police lying to me which of course they are allowed to do.
So as you said yourself the ADA was biased against me due to a call from an out of state twice bankrupt sister who to the last of my knowledge works as a security guard having been thrown out of a home in. Newbury, Ma by our half sister Beth Macy for messiness and alcohol related problems (Susan lives in New Hampshire and will not provide either her phone number of address - perhaps she has provided this to the police, I do not know.)
Have anyone given the ADA any information about myself currently charged with child endangerment that might balance this negative bias and allow her to in good conscience dismiss this current charge? The answer to this is no. Allow me to give you ammunition on my behalf.
Does the ADA know that I am a honorably discharged US veteran having served six years in the US Navy?
Does the ADA know that while on board ship I completed my BS degree in Sociology with a 4.0 GPA?
Does the ADA know that I served in the Persian Gulf the summer of 1989?
Does the ADA know that I received a NASA Certificate of Appreciation for my efforts alongside those of the crew of the USS Underwood where I served for four years and four months in being the first ship on scene at the Challenger Space Shuttle disaster?
Does the ADA know that as a member of the Rochester community that while working at Harris RF I was selected for and attended their prestigious Management Development Program?
Does the ADA know that I was the second highest producing international salesman while at Harris bringing in $6.5 million of orders in 1996 from European customers keeping people employed in the local area?
Does the ADA know that later as sales director for Latin America at Harris RF brought in the largest contract to that time of $14.5 million from a South American customer again providing work for those in the Rochester area?
Does the ADA know that in addition to maintaining a wife and child in Victor and paying a mortgage while working overseas (Russia) that I was selected as the #20 top Sales and Marketing director of all of Russia and the #3 Sales and Marketing Director in Telecoms in Russia by KPMG?
Does the ADA know that Nick's Russian mother Svetlana attempted to kidnap our son Nicholas in 2014 when I would not agree to her attempt to extort from me the remaining 50% of an apartment I own in Russia resulting in my reporting her to the US State Department (CBS This Morning reported only today that currently there are 1451 such cases so I was not alone in this)?
Does the ADA know that in March 2014 Nick's Russian mother Svetlana showed him pornographic images of me, his father in an attempt to aid her kidnapping and extortion threats?
Does the ADA know of Nick's mother sitting calmly in the kitchen of the aforementioned Russian apartment as a suspicious fire raged over our heads on May 29, 2009 (John F. Kennedy's birthday)?
Does the ADA know of senior NCIS agent Douglas Boyce threat to me to change drug test results and psychiatric examination results resulting in my refusal recently to have Nicholas Macy drug tested in school?
Does the ADA know that I reported a break in to my home at 1235 Honeysuckle Pass in the spring of 2014 to the police and that they were at that time aware of the broken window by my front door?
Does the ADA know that the police who reported a tin containing 'shatter' (a form of hashish) in my kitchen were unable to detect that it was apple crisp?
Does the ADA wonder why they included in their photographic evidence two empty pill bottles to help prejudice her or a jury against me when they did not take any photographs of my exercise equipment or play station equipment?
Does the ADA wonder why the police removed packages of incense that all were marked legal and not containing proscribed chemicals and left the nearby catnip package untouched?
Does the ADA know that I tried to report the threats made against me as part of the criminal conspiracy I reported to the police when a lone officer came to my home when I reported a possible break in in the spring of 2014? The officer said that I could not report this to the police as the conspirators were not in the local jurisdiction.
Does the ADA know that I was concerned of my sons possible drug use as a result of seeing a video of him snorting a suspicious white material as posted on the Russian social network site vkontakte? (I attach a photo from that video to this email).
Does the ADA know anything about my attempts to report to the DEA and to the FBI my knowledge about a criminal conspiracy apparently designed to entrap me involving police?

Should we go to trial this report will be required by our side to form our defense.
Again, the police informed me that one of my tenants, Alice Calabrese or Dylan Chase had made the complaint, while later I learned that my twice bankrupt sister Susan Macy had made that call. In either case, neither of them would have known where I was residing at that time while I waited for my tenants to vacate my property at 1235 Honeysuckle Pass, Victor.
And just to confirm our meeting tomorrow - can I expect you at ten a.m. At my home at the aforementioned address?
