My Letter to the CIA Conspirators Before I Knew them to be CIA Conspirators
Below is the text of an email I sent earlier on July 8, 2014, after my then ex-wife Svetlana admitted to me her role in my fraudulent divorce, and fraudulent death threat with her lover Alexander Tregubov that resulted in my departure from Russia in October 2013, to my expat friends in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
I began the letter in comic tone referring to a fictional spy novel I was considering writing about my experiences to that date to expose the wicked and protect the innocent.
Interesting to see how many heroes we have in that bunch. I could not find a single one. But maybe my eyesight is getting bad, as I hope to turn 50 this year much like good friend and Billionaire off shore tax dodger August Meyer (but what he did was legal, just questionable on a moral scale) did 3 or 4 years ago.
If you find one let me know, my novel lacks for characters with any moral substance but for the one apparently based on your humble author who is trying to recover from a devastating fraud perpetrated by his former wife and working girl Svetlana Borisovna Macy who was reported earlier today to the US State Department as a child kidnapper.
I will ask my expat friends again, help me find my kidnapped and programmed son Nicholas Macy. He is only 13 and you all stood by when you apparently either knew what was going on or you were each so self interested you simply do not care.
And I wonder, what if your fathers allowed your mother to kidnap you at 13 with a Russian security officer and your father just went on his way, I ask each of you, what would you think of that father. No need to answer. But some might point a finger at you and say, "SHAME SHAME SHAME".
While I have attached the photo so you, dear reader can engage these folks at your own risk. Some might say they would throw you under the bus if their own hides depended on it. But not me, as they are all my expat friends. And great source material for my up and coming suspense and mystery novel.
Here is the text of the letter for the public's consideration:
July 8, 2014
Colleagues,
Do you recall the fire in the roof of Kamenoostrovskiy Prospekt 35? It was a Friday afternoon in the spring of either 2009 or 2010. While I searched on google and yandex for the date and for pictures, I found nothing. This makes me curious.
Please take five minutes and search online for any information on this roof fire. I will explain later why I think that this is related to Svetlana Borisovna and her 'Tregubov'.
I spoke with the Misha Soloviev two days ago. Misha is around 65 years old, and is the fellow who set up my ZAO Akademiya Konsalt training company based on Kyle Patchings recommendations a few years ago. His company, Rusita Travel, was my final customer for training in Russia. I provided him a discount of course as he helped set up my company. The three days would cost $6000, but his 'special' price was $4500 ($1500/day). His company "Rusita Travel" is located at Nevskiy 95 and sets up and closes companies for foreigners. They also do lots of a visa work for foreign companies.
I had spoken with his staff several months ago directing them to simply close the ZAO Akademiya Konsalt in the most economical manner to them in exchange for the $4500 sales training course provided to them. I asked Misha how did he close the company and he said that he had not. I was surprised. He said that he intended to let the tax inspector close the company. I was further surprised. I said in that case, don't you need to keep the company running for three years before such an action?
He replied that he would call me in two days. His manner on the phone and his 'decision' as a highly trained specialist seemed inconsistent with my experience and the experience of others who close companies professionally. I suspect this is the reason my exwife has asked me to return to Russia, so that she can finish this fraud without anyone linking her to these activities.
Further, I discussed the matter with Misha and he seemed familiar with my issue with Svetlana. I asked his opinion and after hesitation, he said it was likely a семейный (family) matter. Misha's intonation seemed odd, and given my journey of the past two+ years, combined with Svetlana's upsetting admission of fraud and worse in our conversation mid June.
My guess is that my exwife and her lover/boyfriend/pimp/cofraudster who conned me into believing that his name is 'Alexander Valerievich Tregubov' have likely brought Misha in for 'mutually beneficial cooperation' in the fraud to steal my apartment and my 13 year old son, Nicholas James Gerbertovich Macy.
Recall the Sergei Magnitskiy fraud case...
Gentlemen, you all have excellent reputations, as I once had. With my tactical retreat back to the USA, and with the help of security professionals and the down to earth, simple support from my colleagues, I intend to restore it.
But what drives me is the future of my 13 year old son, Nicholas James Macy. To be raised in Russia by fraudsters should not his or anyone's path. I have filed a complaint with the US consulate regarding this matter and now must file a kidnapping complaint with the US government against Svetlana Borisovna and her 'Tregubov'.
While I know this is upsetting, we were all once 13. Imagine if your father was the victim of fraud as I have been, and he simply left you to be raised by fraudsters. We all know this is not the way.
Russia deserves better to reestablish her position in the world. Fraud is not the way. I am sure you agree. And my colleagues, the version of me you witnessed after my mother's death in 2011 is not the Rick Macy you knew prior to at date. I have received help from friends here I the US and Svetlana herself finally told me what she is up to.
Witnesses have confirmed that Svetlana is involved in this matter and while she fraudulently claimed to first meet Genya Kosheleva on April 12, 2012, she was seen on several occasions prior to that in her company and in the company of 'Alexander Trefubov'.
Gentlemen, I count on your support. It is easy to be thought to be of good character when times are good. The test of one's character only happens in difficult times, I am sure you would agree. These are testing times.
Please call to Svetlana at 921 097 1193 or 9625172092. Please report back your findings. Nicholas is 13.
And recall the phrase, 'United we Stand, Divided we Fall'. Do not let my son, Nicholas James Macy, fall. He is 13.
